Refund and Replacement Policy

 

Life In Rose Farm is not responsible for these external factors that are beyond our control:

  • Unusual or extreme weather conditions

  • Broken or damaged canes during transit/delivery

  • Delayed arrival due to unexpected weather conditions or a courier

  • Improper care, planting, or neglect by the gardener: 

  • Incorrect hardiness zones

  • Planted during extreme weather

  • Planted in not enough sunlight

  • Planted in an area or a pot with poor drainage 

  • Over or under watering

  • Delayed planting

  • Lack of diseases/pest prevention or management 

All sales of our bare roots are final.

 

No refund or exchange with the exception of these two criteria:

 

1. Damages: 

You may be eligible for the refund if your bare root arrives dead. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days after receiving your bare roots so that we can

evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Please take photo(s) of plant plus label and email us at Support@LifeInRoseFarm.com.

2. Mislabeled plant:

 

Please take photo(s) of plant(s) plus label(s) and email us at Support@LifeInRoseFarm.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll notify you via email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

 

Life In Rose Farm will be responsible for return shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping the bare root(s) back to us IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or photos of the dead bare root(s) to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
