Life In Rose Farm is not responsible for any external factor beyond our control:​

Unusual or extreme weather conditions once bare root rose plant leaves our farm

Broken or damaged canes during transit

Improper care, planting, or neglect by the gardener:

Planted during extreme weather

Planted in not enough sunlight
-
Planted in an area or a pot with poor drainage

Over or under watering
-
Lack of diseases/pest prevention or management

THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS TO OUR REFUND POLICY:

PLANT DEATH ON ARRIVAL​

You may be eligible for a refund / exchange if your bare root arrives dead. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days after receiving your bare roots so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please take photo(s) of plant(s) plus label(s) and email us at Support@LifeInRoseFarm.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll notify you via email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without email correspondence and acceptance will NOT be processed for REFUND / EXCHANGE

Life In Rose Farm will re-imburse you for the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping the bare root(s) back to us IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
