Grafted Roses

Grafted roses, also known as budded roses, are roses that have a top stock variety (the rose of choice) and root stock variety (usually a Dr. Huey). The shoots, or the canes that grow above the grafted joint or bud union are a different variety than the root stock that grow below it.
